!CORRUPTED is a boss-exclusive card which appears during the final battle sequence of Act 2 against P03. It serves as a representation of P03's copy of the OLD_DATA, and directly enables the transition from Act 2 into Act 3 as P03 takes control of Inscryption. !CORRUPTED has a unique glitchy appearance formed of flickering black squares. If !CORRUPTED is hovered over, the card display panel will show a messy overlapping collection of letters and symbols, with the card's actual name barely visible underneath.
Notes[]
- There is no strategy to combatting !CORRUPTED, as it serves solely to facilitate a story sequence. Killing !CORRUPTED or ending the boss phase while !CORRUPTED is on the board will cause the transition to Act 3.
- !CORRUPTED is internally a part of the Technology Temple, though this has no effect in-game as it is not an obtainable card.
