The Hand Tentacle is one of three tentacle cards in Act I and Act II of Inscryption. The Hand Tentacle has a unique property in that its Power stat is dependent on the number of cards you have in your hand.

During Act I, the Hand Tentacle's name is not displayed on the card, a trait shared by all three tentacle cards. However, its in-game name can still be gleaned by warming it at a Campfire, fusing 2 of them at the Mycologist, drawing it at a Deck Trial, or transferring to and activating the Loose Tail sigil. In Act II, it can only appear as part of the Great Kraken card.

Strategy[]

The Hand Tentacle becomes more powerful the more cards you have in your hand. This consequently means that the card is only as powerful as your deck. If possible, use a totem bearing one of the card-summoning Sigils to keep your hand as full as possible while carrying low cost units of the same tribe. In addition to this, consider the following upgrades:
