The Resplendent Bastion is an area of Botopia in Act III. It is in the northwest corner of the map, and it corresponds to P03's area from Act II. It can not be accessed until the bridge to Western Botopia has been fixed and the satellite dish at the foot of Magnificus' tower has been activated.
The cards Buff Conduit, Gems Conduit, Tough Cell, Splinter Cell, and Kind Cell can be found in this area, as well as the Build-a-Card event. Upon entering the area, you will have the option to make your Gem Vessels into Conduits. The boss of this area is Golly.
NPCs[]
The Inspector can be encountered at a gate blocking the way into this area. When interacted with, it will hint to the player that they can get into the Resplendent Bastion by activating the satellite dish at the foot of Magnificus' tower.
The Dredger can be encountered in this area. When spoken to, it will explain to the player that its reward for dredging up part of the OLD_DATA is being a dialogue NPC in P03's game. It expresses doubts about whether it got the right end of the deal, leading P03 to prevent it from talking further.
