This page is for the undead skeletons from Act II. For the robot skeletons from Act III, see Exeskeleton. For the boss exclusive pirate skeletons from Kaycee's Mod, see Skeleton Crew (Card).

The Skeleton is an Undead card that appears in Act II and Finale I of Inscryption. They form the side deck of Finale I and are available to draw and play as the player chooses.

Strategy[]

Skeletons are basic attack units with no cost. However, because they have the Brittle Sigil, they perish after use. This provides a bone, but it is mainly a detriment as it means they cannot be used to chump-block and they won't continue to do damage.

Their main purpose is to quickly generate Bones for the player to use in playing more useful Undead cards, such as Gravedigger and Frank & Stein. They can also be used to finish off low Health opponents and free up space on the board.

Trivia[]

  • Skeletons are the only default side deck cards that naturally deal damage.
    • Bees also deal damage, but require unlocking first before they can be used.
  • Draugr releases a Skeleton when it perishes.
  • In Act II the Skeleton has two arms, but in the Finale it has one.
  • If one looks closely, the card with coordinates written on it is the Skeleton.
  • Skeleton is available in the physical card pack available on the Devolver Digital store page.
