Uncuttable is a trait. Cards posessing the Uncuttable trait cannot be cut with Scissors, skinned by the Skinning Knife (in Kaycee's Mod) or stolen with the Fish Hook. Even though the Forced Death events in Act I summon many Grizzlys which are intended to be impassable, they are still cuttable.
